ELVT × Vivobarefoot Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is run by AJ Londono, Boynton Beach, FL ("Sponsor"). Contact: ajmovementcoach@gmail.com.

Prize provided by Vivobarefoot. Vivobarefoot provides and ships the prize only and does not sponsor or administer this giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and Vivobarefoot, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry period

Starts Saturday, October 17, 2026 and ends Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

4. How to enter

Visit start.elvt.me/vivo and submit your email address. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entries made by automated means are void. By entering you agree to receive emails from Sponsor; you can unsubscribe anytime and remain entered.

5. Prize

One (1) pair of Vivobarefoot shoes of the winner's choice, subject to availability, shipped by Vivobarefoot to a US address. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the one pair: $100 to $550, depending on the style chosen. No cash or credit alternative; winner receives one pair only. Substitution only by Sponsor if the chosen style is unavailable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection and notice

One winner and two alternates will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified privately by email on or about Wednesday, November 4, 2026 and must respond within 48 hours of notification with a shipping address and choice of shoe, or an alternate winner may be selected and notified the same way. The winner will be announced publicly on Thursday, November 5, 2026, live at the Vivobarefoot booth at Eudēmonia in West Palm Beach, FL, and on Instagram at @flowwithaj and @elvt.collective. The winner does not need to attend Eudēmonia or be present at the announcement to win.

7. Publicity

With the winner's permission, Sponsor may share the winner's first name or Instagram handle.

8. Instagram release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this promotion. Information you submit goes to Sponsor, not Instagram.

9. General

Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules and may cancel or modify the promotion if it cannot run as planned. Sponsor and Vivobarefoot are not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and Vivobarefoot from liability arising from the promotion or prize. Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Privacy and winner list

Emails are used to run the promotion and for Sponsor's email list as described above. For the winner's name, email ajmovementcoach@gmail.com (no mail requests needed) after November 5, 2026 and within 30 days.
